Shipping
For NL and BE free shipping when order is € 350,- or higher. For other countries: Shipping charges paid by customer.
Returns
Cortina does not sell on consignment or guaranteed sales basis. Cortina does not accept returns of any kind. The customer is responsible for inspecting the delivery immediately upon arrival and notifying Cortina in case of a problem
Back orders
Unless otherwise requested, Cortina automatically back order items if they are out of stock at the time of the order. The customer is responsible for cancelling any unwanted back orders.
Payments
Orders are shipped prepaid or net 30 days to approved accounts. Cortina always sends out a proforma invoice. Goods remain the property of Cortina until the full invoice amount is received.
Rights
Buyers cannot derive any legal claims from possible incorrect prices, numbers and product information mistakenly stated on this website.
